To be entered into Charlton Kings Tennis Place Wimbledon Ballot 2018 you will need to enter your choices by using the following link, which includes details of courts and prices.

Before doing this we recommend you read the guidelines below which include LTA Ballot rules for eligibility and terms and conditions.
  • To enter the club ballot you must be an adult (18+) or junior (10-17) a British Tennis Member (BTM) that opted in by 19th February 2016.  Alternatively a new BTM that opts in at least 24 hrs before the ballot.  If you are not already a BTM you can sign up here to become one.
  • Your BTM is linked to Charlton Kings Tennis Place (please note: the management reserve the right to decide if you are eligible to be linked to Charlton Kings Tennis Place depending on your continued association with the club).
  • To be entered into the ballot you must complete the on line form and submit your entries to us by Thursday 26th April 2018 at Midday.
  • A BTM may enter the ballot up to three times  (these must be different choices, they can be on the same date but not the same court number)  Please note: If you have a family membership, all members who are 10 years of age or over are eligible to enter the ballot.
  • Any successful member in the Club Ballot who is under the age of 16 on the date of the ballot must have permission from a parent/guardian who will purchase the tickets on their behalf and who will attend The Championships with them.
  • Individuals aged 18 & under require consent from their parent/guardian to sign up to access British Tennis Membership. This consent includes, but is not limited to, access to opting in to the Wimbledon Ballot.
  • Be present at the ballot or nominate another BTM member to accept the tickets on your behalf if your name is drawn, this can be the Club Managers Ruth and Simon Thomas.  If you wish Ruth or Simon to accept your application on your behalf please let them know when selecting your choices or separately by email tennis@charltonkingstennisplace.co.uk FAO Ruth Thomas.
  • Tickets will be drawn in date order, followed by court order of centre, number 1 court, number 2 court and number 3 court on that day.  All Tickets allocated are in pairs and the price of the tickets is for the pair.  Reserves (2nd and 3rd) for each pair of tickets will be drawn in case a member is successful more than once or no longer wants to attend.
  • Once tickets have been assigned you will receive an email from the LTA giving you instructions on how to make your payment.  You will have 14 days to make your payment after which time they will be reallocated if they have not been paid for.
  • Any winner of a pair of tickets in the Club Ballot must use the tickets for themselves with a guest.  The guest does not have to be a British Tennis Member.
  • A British Tennis Member may only win a maximum of one pair of tickets through an individual Club Ballot.
  • Once you have collected your tickets please keep a record of the day, court and seat numbers in case of loss before the Championships.
  • If an individual is a member of more than one venue, then they are permitted to enter the ballots at each of the venues where they are members as long as they are linked to that club on their BTM.
  • Once tickets have been allocated on- line by the Venue Ballot Administrator they cannot be transferred.
